All prices are in Euro and exclude VAT and delivery costs, unless otherwise specified. All other currencies mentioned on this website are for indication purposes only and are subject to exchange rate fluctuation.
2. Price Changes
Total Grand Cru BV reserves the right to change prices and to correct errors at any time. Orders placed related to these price changes, can be cancelled by you, free-of-charge. Total Grand Cru BV does not accept liability for any possible damage as a result.
3. VAT/Excise duty
If a customer/recipient is staying or residing outside of The Netherlands, he or she is responsible at any time to pay the VAT, excise duties, and import duties in the country he or she is receiving the delivery.
All offers of Total Grand Cru BV are subject to availability. If a product is sold out or can no longer be supplied, we will inform you about this as soon as possible. Total Grand Cru BV does not accept liability in any case for any possible damage as a result.
Your order can only be collected or dispatched when the payment (including delivery costs) is received by Total Grand Cru BV. There are different means of payment:
Directly when ordering at the website (PayPal, iDeal, MisterCash, DIRECTebanking).
Bank Transfer (you will receive an invoice after ordering). The payment period is 14 days. The order will be cancelled when the payment is not received within the given time period.
At collection (payment in cash at the collection of your wine). The collection period will be decided by mutual agreement.
Total Grand Cru BV will solely deliver when the payment is received in full.
For larger orders, Total Grand Cru BV can also offer you a suitable solution for the transport of your products. Any charges related to this will be discussed up front. A carrier will be chosen after consultation with you. Expected delivery dates are for indication purposes only. Total Grand Cru BV is never liable for any damage done by delays in delivery time. On your request, we will arrange a transport insurance that covers the entire value of the order. If a full insurance coverage of the value is not desired, any damage to the order during transportation will be at the customer’s own risk.
8. Receipt of the Goods
All delivered goods must be inspected immediately after delivery by the client regarding possible loss or damage/breakage. If any problems arise, these should be mentioned immediately to the carrier. In order to be taken into consideration, all complaints must be made to Total Grand Cru BV via email within 24 hours of receiving the order. After this 24-hour time-period, we are no longer responsible for any complaints.
We treat our wines with the utmost care during purchase, storage and dispatch. We cannot, however, give any guarantees on the quality of the supplied wines concerning taste, cork etc.
Because we trade in perishable goods, cancellation of your order is only possible before your order has been dispatched. If cancelled before dispatch, any completed payment will be refunded.
Should there be any products of Total Grand Cru BV that do not correspond to your expectations, then you can communicate your complaints to us by telephone or by sending an e-mail. Please do so within 24 hours after receiving your goods.
12. Personal data
Personal data needed for placing your order will be treated as confidential and will not be made available to third parties. By placing an order, the client commits to have reached the legal age of at least 18 years old.
All legal relationships shall be exclusively governed by the laws of The Netherlands. The amount of any damage caused can never be higher than the value of the good ordered by you and delivered to you. The Dutch version of these general terms and conditions will always be decisive in case of differences.
